Going to Bartle this summer? Just about every Scout Troop will be there.
The Scout motto says to “Be Prepared.” One way to be prepared for a summer of fun at Bartle is to attend one of the orientation sessions that the Council holds each spring. At these sessions, you will receive the new Leader’s Guide and Program Guide, as well as learn about all of the changes that are coming for the 2016 camping season.
Whether you are going to the H. Roe Bartle Scout Reservation or the Theodore Naish Scout Reservation, you need to make sure you have all of the information necessary to ensure your unit is completely prepared.
There are three meetings regarding camping at Bartle this summer. Those are scheduled on March 8th, 9th, and 10, 2016. (See your District calendar on page 2 or 3.) Your camp Scoutmaster and any of their assistants should plan on attending one of these meetings.
There will be meetings for camping at Camp Naish. However, as of this writing, those dates have not been set. Keep an eye out on the HOAC calendar for more information.
